Registration and accountability
MARA and the OISC regulate advice given inside Australia and the United Kingdom. Neither registers consultancies based in India, so no Indian consultancy can hold either registration.
Canada is the exception: paid Canadian immigration advice may only come from a CICC-registered consultant, a Canadian lawyer or a Quebec notary, wherever they sit. Our CICC registration is in progress, and the licence number will appear here the day it is granted. A number you can look up is worth something. A badge image is not.
How to check any migration consultancy
- Ask for a licence number and look it up on the regulator’s register. A badge image without a number tells you nothing you can verify.
- Ask what is behind any success rate: how many applications, over which period, and what counted as a success. That applies to us as much as to anyone.
- Treat a guaranteed job offer attached to a work permit as the clearest warning sign there is. That decision belongs to an employer and a government, not a consultancy.
- Ask who would handle your case and whether they are named anywhere you can see. Ours are here, with their roles and languages.
