A message from Justin

Germany is more than a destination. It is a country of opportunity — but also one where structure, preparation and understanding the system matter enormously.

As a German national, I understand Germany not simply from the perspective of immigration, but from the perspective of someone who knows the country, its culture, expectations and way of life.

At Flamingoes, I oversee our Germany portfolio across pathways including employment and work visas, Ausbildung, Au Pair programmes, the EU Blue Card and other eligible migration opportunities. My responsibility is to ensure that our team understands not only the pathway being offered, but also what awaits our clients when they arrive in Germany.

For me, this responsibility goes beyond processing applications. We want to prepare people for the real Germany — its opportunities, workplace expectations, language, culture and responsibilities.

I am equally committed to building Flamingoes' presence in Germany and strengthening our relationships with employers, institutions and professional partners. I will bring my experience, local understanding and commitment to help Flamingoes grow into an organisation recognised for responsible and credible Germany migration guidance.

Our clients should never feel that they are simply being sent to another country. They should feel that someone who understands that country is standing beside them throughout their journey.

And as Flamingoes grows, I am committed to doing everything within my professional capacity to help the organisation build stronger foundations, create genuine opportunities and thrive in Germany for years to come.

Germany may be your destination. Our responsibility is to help you understand the journey that takes you there.
