How do I choose a migration consultant in Kerala?

Choose a migration consultant in Kerala by what you can verify: a registration number you can look up, a written fee quoted before work starts, named people who will handle your file, and a willingness to tell you no. Treat guaranteed jobs, guaranteed visas, and fees demanded before an eligibility check as reasons to walk away.

Five things to ask

  1. "Who regulates you, and what is the number?" Canada requires paid Canadian immigration advice to come from a consultant registered with the CICC, wherever they sit. Australia's MARA and the UK's OISC regulate agents inside those countries and do not register Indian firms. So the honest answer from a Kerala consultancy is a CICC number, or "in progress", or "none"; a badge image without a number is not an answer.
  2. "What is your fee, in writing, before I pay anything?" A written scope stating what is included, what the government charges separately, when each instalment is due and what is refundable. Fees quoted only after you have paid a "registration" charge are a warning.
  3. "Who will handle my file?" A name, a role, and a way to reach them. A consultancy that will not tell you is asking for a great deal of trust on very little.
  4. "What happens if I do not qualify?" The right answer is that they tell you, before you pay, and that the check is free. A consultancy whose eligibility check always comes back positive is selling the check, not the outcome.
  5. "Can you guarantee a job or a visa?" The only honest answer is no. Governments decide visas and employers decide jobs. Anyone guaranteeing either is promising something they do not control.

Where to look them up

The CICC public register lists every regulated Canadian immigration consultant by name. The Ministry of Corporate Affairs lists every Indian company by CIN. Google reviews are useful for patterns, not for individual stars.

Our Canadian registration is in progress and the number will appear on our About page when granted. Our fees are quoted in writing after a free assessment. Our people are named, with their roles and the countries they handle. And the assessment says no when the answer is no.
